Users see an incorrect country against their number. This may also affect their outbound calling.


  1. Navigate to the customer Office365 Admin Centre and find the affected user. 
  2. Amend the affected user's country from the Licenses and Apps screen (as shown in the screenshot below).

Note: It can take time to propagate the changes through the Microsoft service. Customers are advised to wait an hour, then proceed to the next step.

        3. Click the 'Sync Now' button in the service portal to update the user's configuration. This should resolve the issue.
