Call2Teams - Customers
Overview
End Customers cannot amend their own licenses via the Call2Teams portal.
Microsoft Direct Customers
Users will need admin access to their Office 365 account.
Follow these steps:
- Access the Office 365 admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com/
- Ensure the user is using the latest Admin Centre.
- Go to the Billing menu on the left and select Your Products
- Scroll down and find the relevant service in the Apps section:
5. Users can add or remove licenses using the 'Buy Licenses' or 'Remove Licenses' options:
Note: A license increase/decrease should take place immediately.
