Call2Teams - Customers


When we create the relationship between Microsoft 365 and Call2Teams, we create new domains in the customer's Microsoft 365 account so that their Teams users can connect to our service. 

Microsoft assumes that because a domain has been added, certain setup steps need to be completed in relation to the services they offer.

Microsoft may also show the domains as Not Connected to Services:

What should be done?

We strongly recommend you take no further steps with the domains.

Customers can leave these new domains in their current state as they are not being used against any of the services that Microsoft list as requiring them. 

Even though the domains report the setup as incomplete or not connected to services, they HAVE been validated and there are no further steps required. 

This is normal behaviour.

If there is a case to complete the setup, do NOT enable the domains for any of the presented services as indicate in the screenshots below:
