Call2Teams - Customers
A call queue or auto attendant is granted a special licensing in Microsoft 365 ‘Virtual User Licence”.
Microsoft 365 ‘Virtual User Licence” should not be used for a regular user as it will not provide the calling capability and the user will be excluded from the user-list in the portal.
When this is granted, the portal will sync this queue/AA across into the user list so a number can be assigned.
