Overview
A call queue or auto attendant is granted a special licensing in Microsoft 365 ‘Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account”.

A Microsoft 365 ‘Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account” should not be used for a regular user as it will not provide the calling capability and the user will be excluded from the user-list in the portal.
In Use
When this license is granted, the service will sync this queue/Auto Attendant across into the user list so a number can be assigned to it.
