Microsoft Teams Call Logs

Microsoft Teams provides call log info that can give useful insight to call behaviors or issues:
  1. Go to:
  2. Select Analytics & Reports
  3. Select Usage Reports
  4. Select PSTN & SMS Usage (preview)
  5. Choose Last 7 days
  6. In the chart area click on the DIRECT ROUTING selection
  7. See the call log at the lower side of the chart with some helpful information:

In the top right of the chart area there is an option to download the call logs with additional information that isn't shown on the chart:

Note: Occasionally this report may be requested by the support team to be provided for advanced diagnostics.
