Note: Phone App is available as an additional 'add-on' to existing PBX or Trunk services. If the options is not available in the portal then the service has not been provisioned to the account and needs to be enabled via the licensing provider. 

Using Outlook Contacts

End users can present any contacts within their 365 Outlook account. To add contacts please see screenshot below;

Please Note: When you create a contact they must also have an Email Address assigned. (this does not have to be valid)

Using Contacts from 365

Phone App contacts will pull in users from 365 which have contact information against them.  To add or change this information it will need to be done at the 365 Admin centre level. - Screenshot below;
