You may not be able to add users to the portal if a Microsoft Calling Plan already exists for the user. Some MS licences come with Calling Plan's built in. If you're unsure how to remove a Microsoft Calling Plan, the steps below will help you.


  1. Log in to your MS 365 Admin Centre as an Administrator.
  2. Select the Active Users and click on the user you wish to modify.
  3. Select Licenses and Apps
  4. You can filter the list of Apps by selecting the licence with which they are associated.
  5. Here we can see that a Domestic Calling plan is included. We can uncheck this and Save.
