Overview

You have received an invoice and wish to understand how the figure is arrived at. You may also be looking for a breakdown by client for onward accounting/


Solution

You can access the billing and invoicing summary and breakdown reports from the billing tab of the portal.

These are presented in csv format so they can easily be read into a third-party reporting or accounting package as desired.

To access the reports, you will need Administrator access to the portal. If you do not already have this, you will need to contact your internal Customer Services or Provisioning Manager who can grant you access and provide you with the Subscription Viewer role.

Here is where you find the reports:
From the Base level of your Partner Account (where you can see the list of client accounts), Select the Billing tab.



From here, you can download several reports and even check back on the order history.
