Personal phone number is not appearing in Phone App below the dialpad. 

As seen in the screenshot below, there is a blank space next to where the user phone number should be displayed.

Explanation of Behaviour

The user phone number for Phone App comes directly from the main Call2Teams portal. 

If there is no phone number set for that user in the portal then it won't appear in Phone App. 

In the example below, a DDI has not been entered for the user in the Call2Teams portal.


Amend the user in the Call2Teams portal and ensure that they have a phone number added. 

Phone number should generate and appear in Phone App after approximately five minutes. 

If there is already an existing number for that user in the portal and it still does not show, either remove the number or temporarily change it. After changing the number to a different one, wait for a few minutes and then revert the number back to the original again and retest.

If phone number is still not populating in Phone App after completing the above steps, raise to Call2Teams support.
