Call2Teams - Customers/Partners



There will be times that the client or end user will need to turn a ticket into Microsoft.  Microsoft will not only ask for the call logs from Teams Admin, but will also need Debug, Media, and Desktop logs to assist with troubleshooting calls in Teams.  The following are instructions on how to obtain those Debug, Media and Desktop logs.


To execute pulling the Microsoft Teams logs, please do the following.  You will need to press CTRL + SHIFT + ALT + 1 for Window Machines.  Use Option + Command + Shift + 1 for Mac workstations.  This will download files from Microsoft to your Downloads file in Microsoft Explorer.  You will need to send that MSTeams Diagnostic Log to Microsoft when you create a ticket with Microsoft.
