Call2Teams - Customers


If Microsoft Teams is misbehavong or is slow to respond, it might be that its cache is full. There is a simple way to resolve this.


  • Fully Sign out of Teams (Right click the icon and select Quit)
  • Quit Outlook also, if running.
  • Open the Windows Run prompt. (Hold Windows key and Press R)
  • In the Run prompt type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and hit OK.
  • Delete the contents of the entire folder.

  • Restart Teams and Sign back in if prompted.
