MS sends back Q850 Reason:

Explanation of Behaviour

This is usually related to the user having some form of forwarding configuration resulting in the call presenting itself multiple times resuting in a loop situation.


Usually, the solution will be simply to identify where the user or the call flow is branching out and back in again (such as a forward back to the AA group or the user themselves) and remove it. It used to be common practice for agents to divert calls to themselves to ensure they were unavailable to the AA group and this is where this issue may originate.
